Passive Aggression in the Workplace
Wednesday 10 June, 11:00am - 1:00pm
Venue: Training Room, Otago Chamber of Commerce, Level 3, 442 Moray Place, Dunedin

'Passive aggression and unconscious bias can create substantial difficulties in the work environment. What’s more, we might not understand how or why these things happen and or/lack personal resources with which to respond to them well.

In this workshop we examine what might be going on for people acting in these ways, learn some techniques to approach these behaviours and, ultimately, begin to develop ways to improve the overall culture of our workplace.'

Suitable for anyone - especially beneficial for leaders and educators as the content would be valuable to disseminate to others!
