Addressing Bullying for Leaders
Wednesday 12 August, 11:00am - 1:00pm
Venue: Training Room, Otago Chamber of Commerce, Level 3, 442 Moray Place, Dunedin
Are you doing the right thing? Are you treating staff well when dealing with workplace bullying? Did you know that many common practices, procedures and interventions make bullying worse?
In this workshop we examine the bullying phenomenon, discuss common approaches and develop ideas about doing the best for our staff.
This workshop will help you develop thinking and ideas about current, or developing policy in your workplace and help you choose wisely between the many interventions on offer.
This workshop is especially suitable for those who employ apprentices, interns and junior staff but certainly not exclusively.
Presented by Althea Gamble Blakey, WORD - Workplace Resilience Development
