How to construct a CV and the 5 rules of creating a great CV. These rules can be applied to anyone and will have a positive effect on the quality of the CV produced.
Our presenter has recruited through a lot of recessions and understands what is required to differentiate yourself.  The course will also look at LinkedIn profiles and the positives /negatives of social media in a recruitment context. 
 
 
Presenter: James O'Brien:

James been recruiting lawyers (predominantly) for over 20 years internationally. His background is in law (graduated with LLB (Hons) in 1995) and he has worked in finance, legal & risk  with the likes of Deloitte, Robert Fleming Private Bank (as was) and Deutsche Bank, before moving into recruitment in 1999 (firstly telco then law in 2000). James is originally from Cardiff, Wales but spent most of his career in London, before moving to Dunedin with his wife (a local girl who now works for Oranga Tamariki). James lives in St Clair and his two girls attend Tahuna Intermediate and St Clair Primary School.
