As a people leader, being confident about effective ways to communicate and respond to staff in times of significant change is crucial in supporting them to navigate through the uncertainty and beyond.

This 90-minute interactive online seminar discusses the importance of being attentive to engaging your staff, identifies keys to noticing staff wellbeing changes, and looks at strategies, supports, and resources we can use to support staff.

Post Grad Cert Health Science (Addiction), Dip. Coun, Dip. NZCRS
 
Trudy is the Training & Development Manager for Workplace Support Southern, as well as running a part-time Professional and Clinical Supervision practice.  She is an accredited DAPAANZ Clinical Supervisor and has many years of experience in counselling and supervision, training and development with a variety of clients throughout New Zealand, along with alcohol and other drug policy advisor experience.
 
Trudy has a passion for enhancing wellbeing, especially within the workplace, and sees employee wellbeing as the key to successful and innovative organisations.
