This 90-minute interactive online seminar discusses our understanding of the changes and loss we are experiencing, explores the grief effect, outlines the self-care actions we can take and support we can offer to others.

Adele has over 20 years’ experience in working in a variety counselling fields. Over that time she has amassed expertise in a selection of areas ; relationship counselling, grief, and alcohol and drug use. She also has extensive experience working in the general counselling field, offering training in a grief programme, and professional supervision.
