Let's Talk Resilience at Work

Since lock-down in March 2020 Linzi has been collaborating with Kathryn Jackson; another leadership coach who also specialises in exploring and building resilience at work.
 
During the last ten years, Kathryn has worked with the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience, Resilient Organisations and other academic researchers to better understand how to deliberately grow resilience, and has turned her learnings into a series of practical workshops, a globally recognised book and an app.

Of course, right now is the perfect time to learn about the science of wellbeing – so we don’t all rely on beer, chocolate and binge-watching Netflix to cope with our increased stress levels thanks to the uncertainty of COVID-19.   

90 minute sessions over 6 weeks, commencing in Mental Health Week on Thursday 30 September. 11am - 12.30pm.

Session 4. 21 October         CONNECTIONS @ WORK

The TOTAL price is just $290+GST per person for the full programme (which equates to about $48+GST per workshop).
